What you do
As a Career Guidance Specialist, you provide support to young adults who do not have a career plan after graduation, working specifically on career awareness. You may work in a variety of settings to guide young adults in making decisions about their work.

- Face cases of young adults with significant personal, social, or behavioral problems to overcome

Biography
Aya El-Horr El-Mir is a Senior Career Guidance Officer working at the Lebanese American University since 2004. She works with students and alumni to help them to find internship and job opportunities. Aya holds a Bachelor Science in Finance & Economics from the Lebanese American University (1999) and an MBA from West Virginia University, WV, USA (2001).
