About the job:
As a Director of Photography, your job is to supervise the camera and lighting of a shoot and to select the right cameras, lenses, filters, film, and accessories for it. A Director of Photography may also be referred to as a Cinematographer.
As a Director of Photography, you will have to:

You might've heard the term "Director of Photography" or "Cinematographer" before. Both words mean the same thing; The person in charge of the camera and lighting crew working on a film or TV set. We interviewed award-winning Muriel Aboulrouss to share her career lessons and tips for undecided students.
Biography
Muriel Aboulrouss is a multiple award-winning cinematographer. Considered to be the first camerawoman in the Arab world, her cinematography includes footage for a great deal of documentaries and feature films, such as the award winning films “Mercedes” and “Ya Omri” bu Hady Zaccak. Her documentary series Zyara has won 35 International awards.
